As a woman, it is important to be able to express
your feminine self in your business as well as in your personal life -
that is where my programs, including Feminine Business Success, offers
support. I believe that women's virtues and strengths, such as
intuition, nurturing nature, emotional sensitivity, etc., can be more
fully utilized in their business to maximize success rather than taking
on more masculine characteristics, such as dominance, linear thinking,
competitiveness, etc. Masculine energy certainly has its place in
business, and to some extent, within women as a whole being. However,
left unchecked or invoked inappropriately, masculine energy creates
competition and aggressive stance in the marketplace that is counter to
our genetic coding.
To create and express yourself authentically as a woman in business, it
is important to honor your feminine energy and discover new ways to
utilize and strengthen these virtues in your profession as well as in
your personal life. To be a successful woman means to also have a
balanced life and your profession is a direct expression of your
authentic self.
Do you use energy in your work as a business mentor?
I use my feminine intuition in my business as well as
in my personal life which greatly enhances my decision-making ability
and my work with my clients. This level of intuition is a significant
characteristic of being a woman and is often unrecognized, underused and
even maligned. I have ways to teach women how to get in touch with their
intuition and to learn to trust that part of who they are as well as how
to use it effectively in their personal and professional life.
I also am a Reiki Master and teach Reiki classes on a regular basis. I
use this particular type of energy work also with my clients as a tool,
when needed, to enhance our work together.
How do I know I’ve achieved success?
What success means to you is a personal decision; if
you aren’t sure what that means, it’s time for you to make some
decisions. As we work together in your journey, one of the things I help
you decide is what success particularly means to you. Success is not
just about making money; it is more about creating a life of joy where
you feel supported and are able to fully express your authentic self.
Do you work with men as well?
I have worked extensively with men in my business in
the past in a variety of capacities and will continue to do so to a
limited degree. Right now, my focus is on Women Entrepreneurs that are
on a Journey to create success in their life and business. If a woman is
a partner with a man in a business, then it would certainly make sense
for me to be available to support both of them in their work.
